I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to briefly discuss your concerns and see whether we may be a good fit to work together. We can explore together whether therapy, medication, or a combination of both may be the best fit for your needs. There is no pressure or obligation to move forward with treatment.

Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) both focus on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. CBT helps identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop healthier coping strategies, while Schema Therapy focuses more deeply on longstanding emotional and relational patterns that may continue affecting the present.

For patients who would like it incorporated, I can integrate Christian and biblically informed perspectives into therapy, coping strategies, and psychiatric treatment. Faith integration is always optional — simply let me know at any point during treatment if you would like it included or not included in our work together.
